Yes, I know, the other night I ate a bigger dinner than usual. But for some reason I always find myself short by 200-400 calories :( I got an Asian chicken salad that was like 360 calories at Brookefields today when I went with my grandma and I only ate like half of it :( i was hoping the guy would offer a box and he didn't. I should've asked. (It was bomb too!) But idk it's making me worry about my health. I feel great though. I'm full. Never feel like I'm starving. Guess I need to be eating higher calorie foods or always have some sort of snack to keep me on track??
Just got back from the gym though and noticed this. So I decided to eat 2tbs of peanut butter and a few almonds. Brought me up to 1222. Still feel like I need to improve something.
