Funny week!

Pretty bad in work... Holiday cover plus end of month madness.

I got my 3 runs in and my friend showed me how to use the trx equipment... To take the scare out of it. The trx class is at the gym so I now have the debate of trying something new, good for my core - but have I got the stamina yet for the class??? Also I don't want to lose focus on doing my 5K. I am afraid I'll burnout if I take on too much too quickly, and then again I need to push myself to do new things... Fine line to balance. Then I started to get lectures from my Mom and Hubby about how women are not designed to run... And that running could damage my health..... After I have just done two weeks of my couch to 5k program.

I think I will finish my 5k ( it is on my bucket list and I am enjoying doing it with accountability with my Dad), and will hold off for a few weeks on the TRX. But not forever. Just for a few weeks until I feel stronger. emoticon
