It's been way too long again emoticon ...many physical, personal, and emotional journeys in the last two years.

I have found myself back within 15 lbs of my highest weight and I'm not liking it. Getting back on track is going to be a mental feat to say the least, but I know I can do it.

I realized if I am breathing then it's not too late and that's why I am starting now. This is going to be a short blog, but the journey to this blog has been a long one, a long-hard one. I hope all is doing well and I look forward to getting back to what worked and get some weight off of my body, soul, and mind.

    emoticon Karen, together we can! my first step was getting back here and getting refocused. Now it's time to defeat my nemesis....pop/soda. I've done it once before and I WILL do it again. For the most part that is my greatest issue. I eat pretty healthy. My second step is to start moving my tushy...I was going to go exercise this morning at the gym, but we got a foot of snow last night and have to take the extra time getting to work. :/ but I will get to the gym by the end of this week.

    Karen...those are my first few steps.
