1st Blog for 2015!!
So, I was excited to get my health on track for 2015. I have my workout clothes on January 9th & head down the stairs, when my house shoe slips off & I'm going down a flight of STAIRS!! So, a few hours later after X-Rays ~ Diagnosis is I Broke My Fibula (Leg) & ankle. I am now on 8 to 12 weeks of absolutely NO WEIGHT on my Leg.
So, I am on a knee walker (like a scooter) for the next 2 to 3 months. I know that sitting all day & not being active is sooooooo not good for trying to lose weight. Any suggestions on how I can still workout with 1 good leg???? LOL.. Today I did some arm weights today.
I need to monitor my food but just curious if I should just restrict certain food items since I am sitting all day.
Please, HELP.. I don't want to GAIN any weight while I'm stuck at home for 2 to 3 months before I can walk again.
