I May have a BROKE LEG/ANKLE but I'm Still Going to Keep Pushing Myself!!

I got a lot of great comments on things to do with being confined to using only 1 leg. So, yesterday I did some couch exercises along with 1 leg squats & weight lifting. Today I am going to do some abs also along with arm weights.
I am also working on including 1 healthy item each day.
Today's goal: Drink more water & less juice.
I have noticed I been drinking juice all day & haven't been getting enough water intake. Also, work abs.
I am so grateful to have Spark as my sounding board b/c being stuck in the home is depressing especially when you have to be confined for 2 to 3 months but I realized I must turn this NEGATIVE Situation into a POSITIVE Situation. I don't have to feel sorry for myself b/c that will not help this problem at all.
