February Week 1 Blog Happy Hearts Results from january' Goals

I would call that January a successful month for me when it comes to my goals
I managed to lose a 1/2 pound. Keep up with my exercise program and raise to 60 minutes at least twice a week. My blood sugars have improved quite a bit.

My goals for February are pretty much the same as Jauary. Lose 5 pounds. Raise my exercise to 60 minutes a day at least 6 days a week, Drink my 8 glasses a water a day. Walk Katie at least 3 times a week.
