Beginning the 2nd month of the 90 day challenge

Well it was "only" just a pound that I lost, but at least that pound is off my upper back or chest. I am happy to see that a few inches have evaporated with the sweat resulting from a few vigorous cardio workouts. Time is still on my side. Each and every single day - I have the same amount of time that I had the day before. I am becoming more and more aware of just how my time is spent. This 90 day challenge is very worth my while, and I know that I can benefit from investing a little more time into this challenge. I am ready to step it up for the month of February. Time is on my side. It all depends on me and how I choose to use it! Got to scoot! TIME is NOW!
