I'm FEELING Great, Even made a Healthy BBQ Chicken Pizza (Pic Included)

I have been doing good & have been so happy for the support from Spark. I told myself that I can stick to my 1,200 calories a day (since I have broke leg & can't exercise). I have been logging all of my foods. So, last night I wanted a pizza and really love the "California Bbq chicken pizza" however there are tooo many calories in that. I decided that hey, I can make my own by using an whole wheat wrap, grilled chicken, onions, red bell peppers, various seasonings (but no salt), reduced fat cheese, 1 tbsp. of bbq sauce, 1 tbsp. of real bacon pieces, 1 tbsp. grated parm cheese. that totaled to just 405 calories. This still kept me within my calories.
This meal was very filling & was proud of myself for measuring everything out instead of guessing because that would've been more calories. This was way healthier than 2 slices of regular pizza which would've been 800 calories or more.

Today's Goal: Drink more water (track) & Stay within 1,200 calories.
