100 days to healthier eating

The FitGirls are on the move.
Starting with the first mini pledge reveal Sunday, Feb 8th, we are going to be 'FitGirl-ing' our way to a healthier way of eating. We'll have one week to prepare for our first mini-pledge and start the pledge on Sunday, Feb 15th.
For 100 days, we will reveal a mini pledge every Sunday then give everyone 1 week to prepare for the pledge. So working on one pledge while preparing for the next one. These are easy pledges, but because everyone is so busy with life, it makes sense to give a week for preparation.
We'll share ideas, recipes, ups and downs, motivate each other, and have a lot of fun!
