Beck Diet Solution Day two

Got my cards wrote out and reading them..have planned to do this 3 times a day..which shouldn't be difficult. To me its amazing the power these cards have to motivate.
Tracking my weight and exercise once a day..not weighing other than once every other week..I get too involved with how much I have lost..or not lost and loose my main desire ..which to to be healthy..so I limit my scale viewing.
I am working on a quilt..got my squares cut out and am piecing them together..ironing the squares as I go along.
the weather is wonderful here in Southeast Oregon..Sun is shining..mild temps.just absolutely breathtaking. I am so thankful for the beauty that surrounds us..The Lord is so good.
