Day 5 Beck Diet Solution..Eating Slowly and Mindfully

This day five is really a CHALLENGE for me..I eat fast..very fast..Reading day 5 challenge has me realize that this is one habit that has contributed to my weight gain. Now to back pedal and change that behavior..well, my sabotaging thoughts are..There is no way I can do this. I like eating fast..I like not changing..But the helpful responses are..I can do this..start out slowly and be mindful of the food that is going into my mouth..chew and enjoy that food..and chew some more till all the flavor has left the food..then take another bite..I can do this. I will do this..it will take alot of conscious practice..but it is something I can master.
