Day 53- Cutting off my Hair

Sunday, February 22, 2015

So, weigh in and didn't loss a pound. First thought was cut my hair off that might give me .2 pounds. Am I disappointed? Yes I am. Did I have a good day in Vegas? Yes. Well then, some say toss the scale but I think being over 250, you should loss weigh weekly. 100 pounds over weigh, if not losing something is wrong or doing something wrong. Do I know why I didn't loss you. Positive I didn't gain. Well no more drinking for a while.

You are always aware and tweaking your approach. You will find a way. Not losing after such an outing seems like a win. emoticon emoticon

Good cause you may wake up and not remember what you did.. I went on a trip.. I was hot and thirsty.. He said it was punch.. Not Punch with a Punch.. I fussed and said I needed a large glass not a small glass... Well in about two seconds it was gone.. I was getting ready to take a step and I had to sit down with in about ten minutes.. The room was spinning and I was not feeling well.. the people there was on a schedule and I didn't feel like moving.. They shoved me on a boat and I can't swim.. so a little bit of panic came over me.. I was talking a mile per minute and they strapped my up with life preservers and lowered me into the water.. Wow I wasn't for sure of what was going on but all these fish were all around me.. then I started to panic again.. they got me out and then I felt so sick.. All I remember was "Don't get sickey on my boat a few time..." It was too late.. I am sure they would remember me.. It turned out to be Punch alright Bahama Momma Special.. Wont do that again... Beat this one.. In His Love Just Me emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
