OMG... The Calories in Fast Food

DH and I decided to cheat from our usual healthy homemade breakfast and decided on Jack in the Box. I had a half of the loaded breakfast sandwich, half of an extreme sausage sandwich minus the bread, and a hashbrown. (I originally wanted a breakfast bowl, but they no longer serve them)
I looked up the nutrition facts on their site and omg... I looked up what hubby ate and for the amount he ate lets just say, severely artery clogging; the numbers nearly gave me chest pains!!! Now I already knew that I was overdoing it and indulging but after seeing the numbers it got me thinking...its amazing how one can think they are eating a modest amount of food, but the way its prepared and what is added can mean BIG changes in the health value.
Needless to say, to stay in my calorie range for today my remaining meals will have to be light! HIIT workout, here I come.
