Climbing out of the rut

So that whole blogging once a week thing didn't work out so well. I'm still here working on me though. I've been stuck in a rut for the better part of a year, and I'm really ready to get back to working towards my goal. I have lost 9 lbs. in the last year or so. More or less, I have maintained. When working with a 120 lb. loss I know that is huge, but I'm ready for more.
Honestly, my workouts have been pretty horrific over the past several months. I know this is the main part of my problem. I've gotten eating under control and I'm able to enjoy life and still maintain by what I put on my plate, but I still have more goals I want to reach. I have had no small cheats with food in the past three weeks and I still haven't seen a budge in the scale, so I know it's time to get back in the gym. I will admit, I have been completely lazy. I get over credited by my fitbit on spark with active minutes and calories being tracked I know I'm not burning. I'm not sure how the syncing works, but it's definitely off. I love walking and jogging outside, but with a monthly average temperature of 12 degrees, this is NOT an option.
Excuses are done. I have access to THREE amazing gyms on the university campus I work on, one of them only about 50 yards from my office. Sad I haven't used them, I know. You heard it here folks, tomorrow I'm packing my gym clothes and working on reaching more goals this year. I'm SO close to 40% weight lost (1.6 lbs)! I've already informed my husband he's going to have to start helping with dinner, cause this momma is ready to shred!
