This week we are supposed to blog about cardio exercise and what is our favorite/
Zumba, is my favorite cardio work out. I usually take an hour of zumba to my favorite music. A friend from church and I used to go 3 times a week to a zumba class that was held at our church gymn. I soon hope that my stamina is up to going back to that class.
Stationary bike is also a good cardio exercise. It gets the heart pumping at a good speed. It is something you can enjoy while being stuck in the house due to weather.
My favorite good weather exercise is walking. Until I got ill in 2013. Katie and I used to walk a mile to a mile and half a day. I am hoping that this Spring we will be able to go for long walks again.
Running is a good exercise. I don't run because of health issues. It takes more stamina than walking.
2o years ago one of my favorite forms or ezercise was tennis.
