Finally 1000 minutes in a month

It has been so long since I've managed to reach my goal of 1000 minutes. I'm still not back on my treadmill, but I've overcome my arthritic knee and pain in my foot. I've put on my exercise dvd's while watching tv to take my mind off of counting the minutes and it's working.
After gaining back 6 more pounds over the past months when I had trouble exercising and just ate too much, I'm logging my food and managing to basically stay in my calorie range for 4 weeks. I had a few cheat days, but started right back logging again. I've lost 4 pounds since beginning the 5% challenge and plan on losing at least another 4 before I leave to visit my son.
The upcoming spring weather is a good motivation!
