Today has been a good day!

It really feels great to be able to say that. In the past I generally would focus on all the things I didn't accomplish or that went wrong.
However, today I did...
- drink 8 glasses of water
- walk over 9000 steps
- take the dog for a 30 minute walk
- log all my food
- stay in my calorie range
- not eat after 7 pm
- not eat any sweets (this is huge for me)
So now I will do something that I have never done before on Sparks. I will give myself a Sparkgoodie.
I also will decide what to focus on for tomorrow. That seems to work for me. For the past few days I have only focused on one postive behavior per day, and yet I am really happy to see that I did a number of other things right as well.
