Today has been a good day!

It really feels great to be able to say that. In the past I generally would focus on all the things I didn't accomplish or that went wrong.

However, today I did...

- drink 8 glasses of water
- walk over 9000 steps
- take the dog for a 30 minute walk
- log all my food
- stay in my calorie range
- not eat after 7 pm
- not eat any sweets (this is huge for me)

So now I will do something that I have never done before on Sparks. I will give myself a Sparkgoodie.

I also will decide what to focus on for tomorrow. That seems to work for me. For the past few days I have only focused on one postive behavior per day, and yet I am really happy to see that I did a number of other things right as well. emoticon

    That's the way to do it! Sometimes we fail to look on the bright side or see the positives (I have to remind myself all too often). You're doing great!
