Sweet tooth challenge

I've been working on reducing my sweet intake. Working on cutting back on those carbs is a truly difficult thing to do. I've avoided sweets at work and when I have been out in town. Just cutting back right now. Still higher than I should be with items like bread and processed foods which can have quite a lot. I've finished the Lean Cuisine meals, so now I just need to fix up alternative meals to take to work. I make sure and have some fruit or veggies with every meal, and cut back on those high calorie foods. Just have to hang in there and not splurge. Take care and thanks for listening.
