So...
apparently I love a set rock hard challenge to get me moving.
I somehow managed to stay on track this week while on the road and even threw together a decent dinner when I got back to the house last night.
It's a miracle. ;)
I'm feeling good about starting to move again, and really trying to stay positive about the whole scenario. Enough feeling bad that I set myself back to LAST JULY.
Today is today and it's my new day and I have points to earn and weight to lose.
Spark it up baby!!
