End of the First Day 3-6-15

Friday, March 06, 2015

Well it is the end of the first day, I feel okay. Nothing big has happened, besides eating more then I should, but it is going to take time getting use to eating serving sizes or at least start eating less at a time.
I had some peanuts today which I thought was a good thing. boy was I WRONG! they took up my calories for the whole day! I guess this is a lesson well learned, and a slap to look at what I'm eating instead of just mindlessly eating. That is a problem I gotta work on, mindlessly eating when I'm bored. Hopefully being alone in this dorm room won't tempt me to eat a midnight snack /:
Tomorrow I know will be slightly better, because I will take the mistakes from today and apply it to my day tomorrow.
I'm going to try to go to the gym depending on the weather.
Good Night Everyone, best wishes to everyone tonight and tomorrow!

This is an evolving process. Peanuts in themselves are not bad. It is in how many. I have a problem getting my protein in and they are a good source of protein. However, you have to stop at one ounce. This is a learmed process so give yourself time to learn in. My key to success is meal planning. You can do it!
