well where do i start

1. im back after quite a long absence -
- a lot going on in my life
- im single after 17yrs and its been a nightmare
- hit rock bottom and didnt want to leave the house

2. weight loss
- been steady losses
- dropped 39lbs in 1 year
- dropped dress sizes x 3

3. Work
- qualified as an EMT - Emergency Medical Technician
- qualified as coach driver

4 My Future
- keep logging here
- keep loosing weight
- keep my skills up to date

- make the ex regret what he lost !!!

    Welcome back. Sorry to hear you've been having a tough time. Building confidence is one of my goals here. I think working toward a better healthier me will do that. I'm sure it will for you too. Its great you've decided to come back. I'm sure your ex will highly regret his desicion, but remember do this for you not him.
