These are easy and yummy..I did not do the calorie count on them ..I will though..

ok, I cut mine in 1/2x1/2 squares..that figures to close to 36 calories per square
at 1x1 the calories jump to 69 per square
at 1x2 the calories are now a whopping 129 per square.
So you use your preference and cut them as you please the pic is of 1/2 x 1/2 bite size bars.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 Cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 Cups white sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for the filling)
1/2 Cup lemon juice
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
Combine 1 1/2 cups flour with 2/3 cup confectioners's sugar and butter.
Blend well then pat dough into prepared pan.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven , until slightly golden.
While the crust is baking, whisk together eggs, white sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and lemon juice until frothy. Pour this lemon mixture over the hot crust.
Return to preheated oven for an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
Dust top with confectioners' sugar ,( you can add shredded coconut for a extra topping).
Cut into squares after cool.
