21 Day Fix Day 5

Best part of 21 Day Fix so far? My support group! Worst part? Doubting the process. Like anything new, I'm not sure it will work, I resist the containers, the shake, the workouts. I still do them of course, but because they are new and scary on some level the child in me just wants to rebel. However, I'm hoping it's like practicing music: the successful people aren't necessarily those who are born with it, it's those who day after day put in the work. So I'm putting in the work. I really hope when I weight myself/take measurements Monday morning that I will see results. I feel better, but I'm still wondering if it's the newness of it that's creating a placebo effect.
What is it going to take to get me over this hump? Getting into the 170's. I've been dealing with the same 12 pounds from 180-192 for 3 years now, it's time to get it done. I'm sick of looking 3-4 months pregnant when I'm not!!
