Drink More Water

I have recently realized that I actually like to drink water. It is a bit of a shock to me. I switched to drinking diet pop years ago, but that was pretty much all I ever wanted to drink. If I did have water, I would usually add some kind of flavoring to it. Now, I have learned a "trick".
I don't actually like my water to be very cold. I realize now that I prefer to drink water at room temperature. I keep bottles in different rooms of the house so I can have it easily accessible throughout the day. I just refill with fresh every day. I am also trying to drink only water or occasionally tea at restaurants. I have learned to ask for no ice with my water and to add lemon when possible. I have sensitive teeth which may be a factor. I know it may seem odd, but this works for me. Maybe it could help someone else by me sharing this tip. Good luck drinking your daily water!
