Week 1 Results 21 Day Fix

So you probably can't see any change yet, but I'm going to post once a week for accountability:
Today I feel great. I have good amounts of energy and actually got two complements at church on how good I look. I only lost 1 pound this week, but a pound is still a pound. I actually feel so good that I want to start running again, and not out of a "I'm so fat I should run" mentality either! I really miss the runners high.
Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you get some much deserved rest. I'm going to have a nap then workout, play with my little guy, and putter around doing chores that need to be done.
