There are many reasons to exercise...to feel better...to breathe better..for your heart to be
And of course we do strength training to firm up and look good ,plus feel fit...
Aside from all of that is the sweet lil grin that most of us get about half way thru a good walk..
When we reach that point of looking forward to getting out and "doing it" we know we have
turned a corner for sure! That is why it is so very important to....
In reading and watching programs on health and exercise , etc. one thing that amazed me
was that the Doc said...to do 10 to 15 minutes 3 times a week is of optimum benefit. To do
more is great but the increase in benefits does not equal the added effort! I guess if they
are just measuring the physical that probably is true. I would argue though that to be
consistent leads to a better frame of mind and an increased positivity toward life et al.
So Let's just do this thing and find our grove and rock on!!
