Well how many have joined that group? All too many I do believe!
I keep reminding myself that as the commercial says ..1 push up or 1 brocolli piece won't do it!
It did not take one day or one meal or one missed work out session to become ME...thus I have
to realize it was a steady pattern of too much that lead to too much of ME. Dern it just
sucks to have to look in the mirror and realize that the only one to give any blame to is
looking right back at you ..Also that the only one that can really do anything about it is again
Looking right back at you. So you can be your own best cheering squad or coach, but in
no way whatsoever can you say..don't worry about it..just keep on keeping on, twill be OK.
So I copied this cute lil item and posted it on my fridge...and ya know what ...it helps!!
First of all it makes me smile...second it makes me stop and think!!
Tonite was an example of one of those moments when it would be so easy to just forget it!
We had a late lunch and neither of us was hungry..so supper time came and went without
any meal being prepared. Then of course the lil hunger demons
creeping around whispering ..there is candy..there are crackers..there is bread and jam..
OH they know my weaknesses..a PBJ is almost as good as chocolate cake in my life!!
That just was not gonna do it!! then the sugar elf appeared...
Temptation from every angle...HELP!!!! I remembered some boiled eggs and a mix for
veggie soup..add some sour cream and low cal mayo..wala throw in a bit of salad and
a good tasty and good for you meal!!! Hurrah!!

It will still get ya there..might take a lil longer...
However that too can be a good thing..since folks that lose weight slowly tend to keep it off!
