I wanted to write a more happier blog entry but I guess today I'm just feeling deeply depressed,my lack of sleep and going outside are getting to me...I've been going to the community gym at night,but I'm not sure if I have the drive for tonight. I'm still counting calories and trying to eat mindfully but since I've started SPARKPEOPLE I can't say I've lost anything much,I'm still at practically the same weight same measurements,even though I've been working out 4-6 days a week,it's so discouraging especially since I've done this before and I dropped weight like crazy,but I also left the house everyday and wasn't nursing like's just too much stress and BS right now.

    Keep pushing! I know how frustrating it is when you think you had it figured out, then you take the steps that worked so well in the past and suddenly they have lost their effectiveness for seemingly no reason. I also understand sleep struggles. Those are the worst, and they just make everything else all the more challenging. Good luck :)

    Thank you for the advice ladies,currently Im eating 1600-2100 calories a day,I think nursing is really making it take awhile but I'm going to give it another week and see what happens,I wish incould help the lack of sleep but my daughter says otherwise lol.
    Not giving up,I'll figure out how my body wants to work. emoticon

    Nursing/not nursing is going to affect your weight loss. I don't know all the info, but I know it does.

    Sometimes our bodies hold onto weight and then drop it later. Sometimes water weight plays a part in not losing, whether due to that time of the month or sodium, or even when we don't get enough water our bodies can hold onto it. And other times, playing around with our calories in to calories out ratio can make a world of difference.

    If I were you, I'd first try to increase my calories a little bit with extra healthy foods for a few days and see what the scale said later. I'm not saying this will do the trick for you, but it's done it for me before. I increased my calories (by accident) for a few days and then the next week's weigh in was a loss.

    I hope you find out what it is, or that your body releases some weight on its own! emoticon

    if your calorie intake is to low your body is going to go into starvation mode and not loose anything especially if you are working out

    lack of sleep also makes a difference in your weight loss.

    Nursing is also going to play a big factor in your weight loss
