No more Weight Watchers, Taking on Low Carb

So Weight Watchers isn't for me. My blood sugars were getting out of control == again== (for those who don't know, I am Type 2 Diabetic). I lost a good amount of weight but having my blood sugar under control is more important. I started low carb in Feb. and lost 8 pounds in a month. I started vigorously working out and gained some back. Apparently that is ok according to my diabetes educator I am going to. I feel A LOT better since I have been doing the low carb thing. I need to keep reminding myself, things aren't going to happen overnight. It took many years to get this way. Here is a progress photo I like to share. The picture on the very left is so embarassing but it reminds me where I have been and where I will never be ever again. The middle is me in January of 2014. The very right is me January/February of this year. I have come a long way and still have a long way to go.
