I have learned a lot so far on my weight loss journey. I know I will be more successful with this as an ongoing lifestyle change. It is not "just a diet". I refuse to limit myself in any way. I do not feel deprived. I understand that I can eat anything and everything, but I just can't eat everything and anything right now!
I am focusing on serving size, portion control, healthy food preparation, measuring or weighing everything, and tracking it all.
My husband, Allen, surprised me with a creative low calorie dessert.
It's angel food cake with light whipped topping and strawberries drizzled with sugar free chocolate sauce. How SWEET... both my husband and this treat!
