that could be a selfie...cause it sure is where I have been lately...and it sucks!
I have figured out that this is true! I exercise in the afternoon or at nite...it works for me!
But I read articles, I listen to folks talk, I read what others post and then I feel like I am not
doing it right..so I try to do it like other folks do. Which leads to ....failure!
Thus I decided, once again, that I need to look at things the way they work for me!
All the stuff they say is wrong ...like do not exercise for at least 4 hours before bedtime..
What??? Why??? Oh I know the routine, but it is like crazy for me. I love to do a workout .
Then take a shower and just fall in bed and snooze away. It Works for ME!
Each of us has our circadian rhythms and if we learn what they are and are lucky enough
to be able to get a job and live a life that agrees with those rhythms we will do well.
Since I no longer have to punch a time clock or be at anyone elses disposal I have yet
to re-establish my rhythm. I know I have always been an afternoon-evening person.
Not a night person..just mid day kinda ! A 2 or 3 AM nod off will let me sleep in till say
8 or even 9 , then I can get up and not be like this.
Because the fact is , always has been and will remain...
Why it took me almost this entire BLC round to figure this out once again , I do not know!
However , I am thinking it is a lesson I will stick to since...it works for me!
I can post with a happy face and honestly feel like saying....
Plus I will look forward to rather than dread being up and about...
Tis wonderful when you figure out not only who you are..but when you want to be you!!
Off to my date with Mr T and then perhaps a bit of ST....
Then off to bed with a contented feeling . A brief reminder ...
