Staying on track

I really miss the Facebook support group, but I'm messaging my coach everyday with what I've done water/workout/containers-wise. I feel like I'm doing pretty good. I know I'm not perfect, as I still have some form of sweet cheat everyday. I try to keep them 100 calorie or less, but it will be my goal during the next Facebook round to keep it to one a week.

It's getting easier to stay on track now that I'm seeing some results and feeling good. I can't wait to get back into the 170's! I feel like if I keep with the program I'll be able to fit into some of my old summer dresses by summer, which would be amazing! Maybe even my favourite pair of pre-Dominic jeans. . . a girl can dream. I just finally feel like I have hope.
