One month results!

I am so glad that I took pictures and kept track of my measurements! I've only lost 4 pounds, yet slowly but surely the inches keep coming. If I hadn't taken the pictures and measurements, I probably would have gotten frustrated by the scale and given up and felt hopeless. If you are new to fitness, or old to fitness and discouraged and reading this: MEASURE IN OTHER WAYS THAN THE SCALE!! Especially if you are like me and your body loves lifting weights.
Yesterday I fit into a pair of size 10 pants again! I actually have hope that I can do it this time and i will fit into the few pre-pregnancy things I kept. At this rate, I'm hoping I can fit into the size 6 dress in my closet by July/August.
