April Goals and March Recap

For the A&I BSG Team challenge is to blog about your progress the past month and your goals for this month.

March Goal Recap
I am continually working on finding Happiness in all I do. In March I had some struggles but as always I continue to work on it.

I continue to read the bible daily and I am attending bible study classes as well.

I continued with the February challenge. I never gave up, but I did come to a point where I was not going to turn in my points but decided to still turn them in. I know I had not given it 100% and still continue to struggle with this.

Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily. I did this almost 3 weeks of the month. Still need to drink at least one full glass first thing in the morning.

One goal I added was to cut out candy. I went the whole month without any candy.


My goals for April
~Continue my year of Happiness
~Continue to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
~Do my program for couch to 5k for walking vs running.
~Stick to the April BSG Team
~Do not eat if I am not hungry. If I do it must only be vegetables and or fruits

    Just remember that none of us are perfect. Even though you didn't give 100% you still stuck with it and didn't throw in the towel. To me, that means you are making progress. Congrats on going the whole month without having any candy! That's progress too. It sounds like you did well in March overall. Give yourself credit for having a good month. I think you have set some great goals to achieve this month. I have no doubt you'll have another positive month overall! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
