frustration

I have to get a handle on my life! It seems like everytime i get one thing under control, the other aspects of my life just go haywire. I currently have the best job in the world. i work with amazing people and i get to do wellness activities as part of my job! I go to exercise classes for work, i meet with people and talk about their health. Its a total win win . However, my house is falling down around me, I did laundry out the wazoo over monday, as i had it off, and i did two loads of dishes. You would never know it to walk into my house.
i am not tracking my evening food. half the time i am eating take out. but i haven't had time to go grocery shopping, i have't had time to cook after work.
I can't think of the first step to get things on track. I am hoping that now that Holy Week is over, i can actually do something around my house. I am so tired of stepping over or around something.
I just want to have some sense of control! i haven't lost a single pound, but i have increased my exercise from none to walking every single day. i bought and am wearing the activiity tracker. i love that little baby. I just wished it synced with my phone and not a computer. oh well. wish me luck.

It's is really hard to balance everything for sure. I'm sorry you're feeling frustrated. It's very understandable.

As far as progress, making change slowly is the way to go. Don't worry you haven't changed everything you want to yet. It takes time. Be gentle with yourself along the way. Focus on the changes you have made (exercising more) and keep going with that. Then layer just small bits on top as you feel like the last ones are really sticking.

This is a marathon not a race. You can do it and you're not alone along the way!

Good going you will loose weight stay off the scale for about three weeks.. and then weigh I weigh in the first of every month.. it goes up and down and would go sideways.. Make sure you don't weigh everyday.. In His Love and Grace Just Me emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
