It's Been A While

WOW!! Haven't posted a blog in over 2 years. The last one I posted was answering the "50 Questions". That was a fun read looking at my answers then. I'd definitely change some if I answered again today.

I'm having a very down day today. I'm at about 253 pounds and miserable. It seems like it should be so easy to do what I need to do and yet every day just fades into another and I do nothing toward losing weight and getting healthy.

I am setting my alarm again tonight to get up at 5:00 a.m. tomorrow and walk on my treadclimber. I will also pack my lunch - some taco soup and a small roll. I have to do this.

    Welcome back. Hope you can draw that line in the sand and start over with more motivation. It's so hard when we get back to where we started, but we can do this! Try the workouts on Spark. Something for everyone and every level. Maybe it will give you some variety and not turn out to be as boring. Good luck to you!!
