Bucket List Ideas

Sunday, April 12, 2015

Thanks to everyone who commented on my 2-part Bucket List blog. Your suggestions are very helpful.

Even though my current list seems to be quite ambitious for my age and resources, I'm going to keep on adding to it. Just about the time I thought I should narrow it down, it occurred to me that none of us know what our future holds; therefore, I can't know which things are doable and which ones may never happen. So I'm going to approach my List as if all things are possible and be pleasantly surprised by how much of it I am able to accomplish.

My new additions:

Volunteer at an animal refuge or rescue facility
Volunteer with Red Cross to work during disaster relief

Thanks again for your suggestions.

It's always good to plan, to dream, to reach. Good for you. I bet you're discovering some things about yourself just by making these lists.

If you don't have one, you can get a park pass to keep track of your national park visits. My bucket list has all the big name parks on it. And the passport helps me not miss things I might be near!
