yep...a new and yet old exercise focus...loving it..easy on the joints and the body...

Yet difficult , and demanding and you can even get sore doing those gentle moves!

So each AM a set of Morning ...Greet the Sun Tia Chi and...

Each evening a set of relaxing to rest better Tia Chi...

Wonderful videos on line ..most free and some you can subscribe to for daily guidance.

Really a late post tonite..but wanted to note the new and continue with the old...

Walk ...walk and when you get done... emoticon take the dog for a walk!

    i took a Tai Chi class last fall semester (2014) and enjoyed it. Think he said it was "yang" - 6 minute form? Hard to understand even with an interpreter as environment was noisy. Looked for YouTube videos of the same form captioned. Haven't found!
