Time to get serious again about my weight!

Well, I haven't blogged in months. Hi everyone!
It's been a stressful and busy year, opening the new bilingual school. But finally the first floor of the first module of the new building is finished... 8 rooms. And classes begun... we have one section of nursery (3-year olds), two secctions each of Pre-Kinder, Kinder and 1st grade... a total of 186 children.... We are really happy with our school.
But with all the stress and work, I gained back a lot of weight, and so its time to get back on track! I have been faithful to at least 10 minutes of exercise daily (most days more), but the eating (or should I say snacking!!) has been out of control.
So today I reset my weight ticker (something I hate to do!) , and plan to make a real effort to reach my goal weight this year!
I know that losing weight will also help my knees - I have a lot of pain walking right now. I'm trying prolotherapy in an effort to avoid knee replacement. I really don't want the surgery....
Hope all of you are well... I haven't been active on the site in a long time, except to log in and track my exercise. I am at 267 days on my "10 minutes or more of exercise a day" streak!
