Sick of this weight....

I have been at this on and off for 10 years I am having such a hard time trying to loose weight and I am just sick of it!

I am trying again to stay on this diet... Anyone else have this trouble?

Here I go again!

    I am stuck but I need to up exercise and that should help. I am like a lot of people who hate to exercise but gotta do it.

    You can do it! Just do it for you and think of how much fun it would be to do things you can't right now because of your weight.

    I originally joined Sparkpeople back in 2008 and was gung-ho. I lost 80 pounds over a year and a half. I was eating healthy and ran two 1/2 marathons. I was on top of the world. I kept it off for a couple of years then let some issues of my life get to me and got back into my old habits. I started having some health problems and had to stop running and exercising. I was depressed. I was ashamed and even cancelled my Spark page. I just joined up again and with my big girl panties on I am going to put my pride away and concentrate on loosing the weight again. It is so much harder now. I am older and my metabolism is not the same. I am going to give it my all. I had surgery on my neck a couple months ago so I am only in the walking stage but plan on building back up to running and want to get back to Jazzersize and Zumba. I have 59 pounds to lose. I want to do this. I want you to do this. We Can Do This!

    Yes! I am feeling the same thing. I am stuck at this weight and keep losing the same pounds over and over. My problem is the junk food. It seems to have a tightened grip on me and won,t let go.

    Oh yeah! Just keep re-starting and re-trying. I know the goal is attainable if only I will keep on track.
