The numbers are proof. I don't think I have ever had this low of numbers for my SP tracker since my knee surgery. I've already been saying I've been in a rut but this past week sorely proved that fact to be true. I WILL NOT BEAT MYSELF UP!!! That will not do me any good. Instead I have gone back to my heart sticker system. If/When/After I do 30 min of exercise daily I will place a
