Let's Face It.. I HAVE Been a Slacker

The numbers are proof. I don't think I have ever had this low of numbers for my SP tracker since my knee surgery. I've already been saying I've been in a rut but this past week sorely proved that fact to be true. I WILL NOT BEAT MYSELF UP!!! That will not do me any good. Instead I have gone back to my heart sticker system. If/When/After I do 30 min of exercise daily I will place a emoticon sticker on my calender. This is a good visual for me. So yesterday starting my new week out I have a heart. It's so perty emoticon My goal is to get at least 35000 steps in this week and 210 minutes of exercise. That is my baseline, the bare minimum. Anything over that is 'icing on the emoticon' I will post my progress each day. How are you going to spend your week?
