I definitely would get more exercise and lose weight more quickly if Dancing With The Stars was on every night with a Spring Break theme. I loved the music and danced along with the couples. There are some seriously terrific dancers on this season.
My 10 year old son and I love to snuggle on the couch and watch "Dancing With the Stars". I have a "Dancing With the Stars" DVD that all the kids like to try and do with me. It's really fun and we end up laughing at how funny we look. 1899 days ago
Aaaah, music. Sometimes just putting on high energy music has a profound effect on my mood and my willingness to exercise more. Maybe make a playlist for yourself of all the songs from last night and just keep it around for low-mo days (low motivation, low motion, low morale, etc) Enjoy! 1900 days ago
