Back to running tomorrow!

The plan is to wake up and head out for a run before shower, breakfast and my day happens.
I am going to do W2 of C25k again, I have had too many days off in between runs. I had to recover from some pretty serious (for me at least) knee pain from my old shoes and running on random non-paved paths. I have another route ready to go, and we dropped $120 to get me correct overpronation running shoes from Brooks.
Here's my food for today:
My breakfast was the same every day, smoothie with banana, strawberry, oats, my own "shakeology" style mix, almond milk and yogurt.
Lunch- broccoli salad (veryyyy light on the mayo) and tilapia with avocado and mango salsa
Dinner: I made chicken lettuce wraps (like PF Changs!) and black beans with rice
Most days this week my lunch was a beautiful salad! Tomorrow I have my volunteer appreciation luncheon with the Unit Command Team (yes, USMC, military) and I am already looking at the menu and deciding what I'll order so I don't get a big ole burger with bacon.
But now it's time to look to the WEEKEND! Here's a snapshot of my husband and our Tempy girl (the doggy) looking out the front door:
