Forks over knives

Anyone here ever watch the Netflix documentary Forks over Knives? VERY INTERESTING!! Made me look at food a whole new way. I 've tried every diet out there with no luck but I never knew the science behind most of them. This one really makes sense and hits home. Strangely enough the blood type diet also said that my body doesn't like meat AND I have NEVER enjoyed eating meat. It isn't the whole killing the animal thing. I just don't like meat. I am going to have to investigate this one more thoroughly!!
