no mayo egg salad

Has anyone thought of this before/
I have a morning egg salad I like - mash a hard-boiled egg with a fork, add cottage cheese and Mrs. Dash. High protein, no added sodium etc. Simple, easy, satisfying.
Have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend! This weekend I can't run the 5k which marks one year of running as we will be attending an out of town graduation. I have been sick for a couple weeks and I'm gonna have to start over after doing alternate exercise to get my strength back. I think I'm headed for a walk today though my chest isn't completely clear.
