Am doing well. Up too late for me because we went to see Shrek III, but I can sleep in just a little tomorrow and still do my exercises.
It's weigh-in day tomorrow, too. I feel like I'm going to be very close to where I left off a few weeks ago..not a bad loss for only a few weeks. I just need to continue on this path so that I hit 140.
I think some friends who were here have fizzled out. Too bad. I'm not sure if I can do anything or say anything to help get them motivated...some feel the process is too slow. And it IS slow! That's the whole point.
