Using tools available to me

I have been a member of Sparkpeople for awhile now, but have not used the site fully. I am starting to change that and get back on track. I really like how we can track things on this site.Seeing it in print really helps me stay on track and find out where I need to make improvements. I used to be so stubborn about tracking my food because I hated doing it. Now, I have my fancy little Excel charts and I track everything. I have even designed a few of my own graphs and charts, etc.
