My first PAWSE for BLC Round 28:

PLAN/PREPARE for the coming week! - I planned a few dinners and will have leftovers with salads the other days. We have a couple meals of eating out over the holiday weekend so I plan to eat lightly earlier on those days to leave room for those usual higher restaurant calories.

ACT - getting back to daily nutrition tracking

WRITE - So, here I am, writing this blog and refocusing on myself. Night time snacking continues to be my main trouble spot / issue. I vow to make that a daily focus to improve in this area.

SET a goal for the coming week! - Post daily in my BLC team, no eating after 9PM.

ENGAGE in positive thoughts - My NSV for last week was completing an extra good and tough abs workout with the trainer. Absolutely loved it! I was happy with how I was able to do some of the more challenging exercises.
