OK I have logged on and spun the wheel and racked up some points. I am feeling hopeful that I can actually do this. I am drinking more water and eating less. Instead of cookies and milk for a bedtime snack I have a cup of bullion.
I sure do hope he scales reflect some lost weight.
I am going to continue to rack up points and continue to learn how to manage stress.
