I know weigh in day is Sat morning. Silly me raided the fridge last night. This is emotional eating and self sabotage I know. Just being aware... What was my day like. Hurried and scattered. So no weight loss this week. Still learning.

    On this healthy lifestyle journey we ALL hit bumps in the road (heck, I've wandered off the road ENTIRELY before!). The IMPORTANT thing is that we pick ourselves back up and continue to head in the right direction. It sounds like that is EXACTLY what you're doing. Know there are lots of us right alongside you, cheering you on!
